OSCARS 2009- Sophia Loren Presents Best Actress Award.

This year's Oscar ceremony was probably one of the better Oscar shows in a long time. Amazing celebrities presenting in categories where they won before such as our very own, Sophia Loren. She presented with four other top actors in the Best Actress category. Her particular part was dedicated to Meryl Streep, who is also an amazing actor. Sophia Loren was radiant at the Oscars, come on its Sophia Loren, over the top Italian is how she rolls. She was wearing jewels from her very own collection. Also, our Italian American, Frank Langella, did not take home the Oscar but I will say he's incredibly talented and I'm glad he was recognized for his screen work this time around, the man is a true thespian. Just beautiful. I was very impressed with this year's Oscar ceremony.

Yes, this is the top news out of Italy today. Only in Italy is the headline about either love, money or food. I love the Italians. So, a new study done by Italy's sexual medicine society claims that the Mediterranean diet can help boost your sex life for both men and women. See, for those of you who eat poorly, not only is good food great for your health but its also good for your sex life. The picture to the left is Sophia Loren cooking pasta on a talk show showing how to cook well and talking about eating right. I'll listen to whatever she says, look at how fabulous she still looks. Like I always say, we can always learn from the Italian.
